Nestled in the hills surrounding Launceston is where you will find this modern country style accommodation only 10 minutes from the city and Launceston's premier attraction the Cataract Gorge. Relax in the hot tub or enjoy a night star gazing with hot or cold drink in hand telling stories around the fire pit. Greens Beach Family Holiday Home

Our "shack" at Greens Beach is a comfortable holiday home for our family (including 2 dogs!) and we have tried to set it up for all the activities that the area offers (and we love!). It is 5 minutes walk to the beach (less if you have a Labrador or large water loving dog!), shop, golf club and tennis courts. We have provided most of the basics for these activities! It is a perfect spot to relax or a base to explore what the Tamar Valley has to offer!

We are located just 10 minutes from the city, where the iconic Tamar Valley Wine Route begins and the unique Tamar Island Wetlands provide one of the most popular visitor attractions in Northern Tasmania.

Direct access to Greens Beach via the back deck. You can amble to the water's edge or head along the walking track into Narawntapu National Park for a longer walk.
