An eclectic loft apartment centrally located in the heart of historic downtown Marietta that has been recently updated with new tile, concrete countertops and appliances. A short walk to the levee at the confluence of the Ohio and Muskingum rivers, restaurants, shops - perfect for work, play or romantic date nights. Constructed in the late 1800's, the building was home to the Atlantic Tea Company and has remained substantially mercantile on the ground floor and living quarters upstairs.

235-acre homestead in a holler surrounded by mountains on 3 sides. 50 acres of gently sloping grass and pasture, surrounded by steep mountains that are perfect for climbing and hiking. Sleeps 5-7.
