Camp Serenity is 2 acres of private property located on the beautiful South Branch Potomac River in Springfield, WV. You’ll be steps away from your private river rock beach providing easy access to the river for various activities. Enjoy the pavilion and grill some tasty food while watching the river flow by. It sounds amazing too! Enjoy a quiet evening at the fire pit. Wake up to the chirping birds, so peaceful. Come visit beautiful West Virginia & relax on the South Branch Potomac River!

This is a complete unit that is on its own level, own access, own parking, own amenities, Owners live on upper level with fully separate entrance, parking, access, etc. No shared internal spaces. Double sound insulation, no noise worries.
