The barn was originally used to house milking cows so the beams have been retained in all the rooms to maintain the character of the barn. We are situated up a bridlepath with plenty of privacy and tranquility but still within easy reach of motorway networks with the M62 being a 5 minute drive away. With a huge amount of local attractions close by, our barn is perfectly placed for long country walks, bike rides, day trips out and is equipped with all you need for a great getaway.

A king-sized bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge make this the perfect venue for couples, friends or parents and child!
