The Tree Cabin

The heated tree cabin is set within a small secluded wood up a steep path. Cedar lined, insulated and oak clad it cantilevers out over a remote mill pond. Wake up in a tranquil heaven only shared with shy wildlife, including deer, hare, the odd badger and a variety of birds. In the cabin are a king-size plus bed, table and chairs, kitchen area with induction plate, microwave oven & toaster. Your own smaller tree cabin, a few trees away, houses a flushing toilet and hand basin with spring water.

The Old Wash Kitchen: View, Pub & Scenic Walks

Discover The Old Wash Kitchen, a charming character cottage in the picturesque village of Hinchliffe Mill, Holmfirth. Ideal for a family break, a getaway with friends or a spacious couples retreat. This dog friendly space has walks from the door, a local shop and 2 dog friendly pubs. Convenient on-street parking, complimentary fishing permit, and a short 20-minute stroll to Holmfirth centre with a myriad of independent shops, pubs, cafes and eateries. Also a walking and cycling enthusiast's paradise with the Peak District National Park, Pennine Way and moorland on your doorstep.

Whether your looking for a romantic getaway or a weekend break Rainbows End is situated in the heart of the Yorkshire countryside between the famous Bingley Five Rise locks and the world heritage village of Saltaire. No matter what the season you can laze away the summer days out on the private deck or take a steady Autumn stroll through the beautiful Hirst Wood nature reserve. Perhaps a winter's trip to Howarth for lunch, but don't worry its cocoa next to the stove when you get back home.

"Our small riverside terraced cottage boasts an idyllic view across the River Calder and Rochdale canal and up onto the wooded valley sides. Built in 1860 for workers at the nearby cotton mill, this home has many period and original features. Whether you are cooking in the kitchen, relaxing in front of the wood burning stove, laying in bed or luxuriating in the gorgeous feature bath, there is a stunning view to be seen from every window. If you are lucky you may see an otter or mink swim by.

Shed End, in 18th century Lothersdale Mill

In the Weaving Shed of an attractive former textile mill, on the Pennine Way in North Yorkshire. The small rural valley of Lothersdale is five miles from Skipton and on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We offer bikes, many country walks, and the excellent water comes from an aquifer (no chemical treatment). Popular tourist towns of Skipton and Haworth are nearby. * Shed End and my other place, The Workshop, are in the same building.

It is just 5 mins walk from the village train station with access to Manchester, Leeds and direct to Sheffield. It has open plan living, dining, kitchen and study areas with separate shower room and parking within a private gated driveway. No use of main garden but has french windows, juliet balcony and a lovely garden view. Ideal for a relaxing break. Close to Holmfirth, Yorkshire and Peak District.

Modern Self Catering Annex

This is a beautiful modern self contained studio space that is attached to a barn conversion. This provides a cosy open living area with a fully equipped kitchen and utensils for cooking. It has 2 single beds with a bathroom off the main area. Bedding and a selection of bath and hand towels are provided. There is some complementary tea, coffee and milk if requested .
