The property is set on the banks of the Wairoa river with its amazing views when Venturing through the gardens and lawns.

Light airy warm self-contained apartment situated on a lifestyle block minutes from Tauranga's CBD. The Pool House has one separate bedroom with 4 built-in bunks good for adults or kids. The main room has a high-end Tilt-away king-size bed with a quality mattress, allowing adults to enjoy evenings and personal space. As we are remediating our land after flood damage we don't have our usual livestock however we are happy for guests to walk and enjoy the property.

We are 5 minute drive to City Center, Uber $11.50 approx. Pick up from airport if required.

In the perfect position in popular Mount Maunganui, situated directly across from the base of Mt Maunganui and the Mount hot pools, and two minutes stroll to both Pilot Bay and the main beach. Perfect for a beach holiday, or a mid-winter escape. PLEASE NOTE: we do not accept children under 12 years of age.
