A spacious one bedroom unit/apart, with full kitchen, centrally located for easy access to Palm Beach Plaza/Fashion Island, Papamoa Beach, Bayfair and the motorway. Situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac and up driveway for privacy. Large bedroom with SK bed and separate open plan lounge/kitchen, bathroom(shower only) and laundry. Fenced outdoor area with own patio. Parking on property for one vehicle plus street parking. Note* there is another unit on property so the driveway is shared.

Bel Tramonto Luxurious Rustic Elegance

Bel Tramonto is Italian for "beautiful sunset" and there are plenty of those on offer at this peaceful and private rural retreat. Enjoy them from the secluded hot tub overlooking a native bush valley complete with waterfall. Within half an hour you can be at the beautiful beaches of Mt Maunganui & Papamoa or enjoying the tourism Mecca of Rotorua A 1650 hectare all terrain playground is five minutes away, offering a range of activities. Auckland is a 2.5 hour drive away or a 30 minute flight.

Inside our spacious newly renovated Black Cottage, you have a small full kitchen with farmhouse sink, large fridge/freezer, gas cooktop, microwave, air fryer, and Nespresso. In the lounge area there’s a smart screen tv- Netflix . Through the slider barn door to a large bedroom with plush king bed, laden with luxury linen and a walk in wardrobe leaving you ample space,+ comfortable reading chair. Walk though to the walk in tile shower, handbasin and toilet- there is also a Laundry in your room.

Spacious garden suite at Mount Maunganui

Our place is in a quiet cul de sac with easy parking, we are close to the beach & Bayfair Mall. You have the entire downstairs area, which includes large bedroom, large lounge with sofa bed & TV (Netflix), fabulous bathroom with free standing bath & newly renovated kitchenette/laundry. The place is perfect for couples, families (with kids), solo adventurers & business travellers. Space also benefits from a lovely north facing garden & deck area with BBQ all perfect for alfresco dinning.

Wainui River Glamping

A cute private glamping set-up nestled in the trees alongside the Wainui River. Here, you'll have a well-equipped outdoor kitchen with power, a cosy cabin with a comfy queen-sized bed, a hot outdoor shower and bath. Explore the beautiful Wainui river on our two-person kayak or curl up with a book and do absolutely nothing at all. There are also plenty of hikes in the area. Pets (inc horses) are welcome. Situated on a point, the views are breathtaking from our cottage. Located just a few steps away from Tauranga's harbour and with a boat ramp 10 metres from the front gate you can easily enjoy boating, jet skiing, kayaking and swimming with friends or family. Or put your feet up and relax on the all weather enclosed deck and watch the world go by. In the cooler months you can enjoy local walks and cafes then snuggle up by the cozy log burner.
