With stunning views (any time of year) & close-by access down to the water, you can be assured of a restful stay, & in 10-15 mins access shops & eateries. The suite has a separate bedroom & ensuite, lounge with basic kitchenette, private deck & BBQ.

Here, you'll have a well-equipped outdoor kitchen with power, a cosy cabin with a comfy queen-sized bed, a hot outdoor shower and bath. Explore the beautiful Wainui river on our two-person kayak or curl up with a book and do absolutely nothing at all. There are also plenty of hikes in the area. Pets (inc horses) are welcome. Local parks Maxwells Beach, Kulim Park, and the scenic Daisy Harwick Loop are all just a short stroll or cycle away, as are two shopping centers. Whether you’re here to explore, unwind, or work remotely our space and location has you covered.

Papamoa Paradise is located in Papamoa East within close proximity to beach, bars, restaurants, movie theatre cafe and parks. The house is a large tidy 3 bedroom home with open plan lounge kitchen area. Large covered deck and pool are located outside main living area. Large front section with sliding gate allows for boats and cars to be safely parked off the road. Section is fully fenced and secure perfect for families with kids. We prefer to have families only.

Situated on a point, the views are breathtaking from our cottage. Located just a few steps away from Tauranga's harbour and with a boat ramp 10 metres from the front gate you can easily enjoy boating, jet skiing, kayaking and swimming with friends or family. Or put your feet up and relax on the all weather enclosed deck and watch the world go by. In the cooler months you can enjoy local walks and cafes then snuggle up by the cozy log burner.
