Βρισκόσαστε στην παραλία Πατρών, , στο πιο όμορφο προάστειο, με τις καλύτερες ταβέρνες. Ιδανικό καταφύγιο για διακοπές χαλάρωση ή και δουλειά!Έχουμε γρήγορο VDSL WiFi internet. Κοντά υπάρχει: Πιτσαρία, ψησταριές (le coq), ταβέρνες, φαρμακεία, σούπερ μάρκετ ανοιχτό μέχρι τις 23:00 το βράδυ, και τις Κυριακές, τουριστικό ωράριο, καταστήματα εκκλησία, πλαζ, κ.λ.π..

Kalamies Apartments - by secluded beach - Apt 2

A beautiful secluded beach and a lush garden make this an ideal island getaway for those in search of a peaceful holiday, immersed in nature. In a large garden are three modern, spacious apartments, suitable for solo travelers, couples or families. The smallest apartment is an open space studio, while the largest has two floors and 3 bedrooms. A short, 3 minute walk leads to a quiet beach with few visitors. Shops and restaurants are in the village of Skala, 3 kms (2 miles) away.

Cozy_Studio

Το Cozy_Studio είναι ένα μοντέρνο, φωτεινό διαμέρισμα 33τ.μ. στην περιοχή του Καστελοκάμπου της Πάτρας. Βρίσκεται στον 1ο όροφο, είναι διαμπερές και με όμορφη θέα. Απέχει μόλις 5χλμ. από το κέντρο της πόλης και 5 λεπτά οδικώς από το Πανεπιστημιακό Νοσοκομείο του Ρίου και το Πανεπιστήμιο. Είναι πολύ κοντά στις αθλητικές εγκαταστάσεις του Προμηθέα, Τόφαλος και Golden tennis club. Βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη γειτονιά δίπλα σε σταθμό τρένου, στάση λεωφορείου και μόλις 80μ. από την παραλία.

Sea Front Apartment

Όμορφο, ανακαινισμένο διαμέρισμα 65m2 στο κέντρο της πόλης της Ζακύνθου, 200m από την κεντρική πλατεία Σολωμού. Απέναντι από τη θάλασσα (υπάρχει εξέδρα για κολύμβηση) και σε 250 μέτρα απόσταση δημοτική πλαζ με ελεύθερη είσοδο. Έχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι, και ένα καναπέ κρεβάτι. Εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και καινούργιο μπάνιο με ντουζιέρα. Περιβάλλεται από καταπράσινο κήπο και στην άνετη βεράντα του μπορείτε να πάρετε το πρωινό σας ή να απολαύσετε τον καφέ σας το απόγευμα.
