Βρισκόσαστε στην παραλία Πατρών, , στο πιο όμορφο προάστειο, με τις καλύτερες ταβέρνες. Ιδανικό καταφύγιο για διακοπές χαλάρωση ή και δουλειά!Έχουμε γρήγορο VDSL WiFi internet. Κοντά υπάρχει: Πιτσαρία, ψησταριές (le coq), ταβέρνες, φαρμακεία, σούπερ μάρκετ ανοιχτό μέχρι τις 23:00 το βράδυ, και τις Κυριακές, τουριστικό ωράριο, καταστήματα εκκλησία, πλαζ, κ.λ.π..

•La Casa Azul• Γνωστό ως το μπλε σπίτι του Αρκουδίου Ηλείας. Παρέχει ανυπέρβλητη θέα στο απέραντο γαλάζιο του Ιονίου Πελάγους. Απέχει μόλις ένα βήμα από την θάλασσα. Το σπίτι ξεχωρίζει για το μπλε βαθύ χρώμα του και την μοναδική του θέα προς το βράχο του Αρκουδίου, την ονομαζόμενη "Πέτρα του Κοκκώνη" {Kokkoni's Rock} και ταυτόχρονα στο ρομαντικό ηλιοβασίλεμα του Αρκουδίου.
