Cow Creek Cabin sits in a peaceful meadow with a gorgeous view of Big Mountain. It is just two miles to downtown Whitefish and 15 minutes to the ski hill. This tranquil Montana setting is an ideal base for adventures in Whitefish. The cabin features vast windows bringing the mountain vista inside. A wood-burning stove awaits your return from a day on the slopes or trails. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals. Tucked into the woods at the end of the road just 13 minutes from the heart of town, this cabin is a treasure. Cliff built the place himself; each tree sawn on his tractor-powered sawmill. We added family antiques, new mattresses and original art (lotsa comfort and love). The covered porch is high in the trees with breathtaking views 1000 feet above the Yellowstone River. A stellar location, you will be hard-pressed to find a more memorable authentic cabin experience during your Montana travels

Situated between Glacier and Yellowstone national parks, this quaint rustic cabin is located in the small hamlet of southern Hall just off I-90 and 10min from Philipsburg. The cabin sleeps 6 comfortably, and was built by homesteader Carl Cassidy in the early 1980's. His skillful primitive aesthetic and use of recycled materials gives the cabin a feeling it was built in the 1880's.
