A fully self-contained cabin with open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area, UK king size bed in bedroom and a shower room and toilet. Ideal for a couple or two singles as a Z-bed can be provided. The apartment is exceptionally spacious, with light and airy decor and a selection of original artwork. It is a wonderful space to relax, admire the sea views and watch the world go by. The apartment and entire building have been restored , it has a modern spacious kitchen and living room with underfloor heating. There is a South facing balcony with sea views.

The Sea Room is a glorious 2-bedroom flat situated on Marina in St. Leonards. The flat is incredibly spacious, has wonderful views and an extraordinary terrace, making it one of the most unique flats in the area.
