The Wildflower

Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located spot, away from the hustle and bustle but only 6 min from Clemson (10 min from Clemson University), nestled in the country in a peaceful, safe neighborhood with lots of privacy surrounding. The cottage has a front porch with 2 chairs, a 2 person hammock, grill, and a fire pit (wood is provided) with three lawn chairs. There’s a queen bed and also a CordaRoy beanbag (*bed #2) that opens up to a soft bed that sleeps 1 adult or two children.

Waterfall Views, Lake Hartwell, Highland Architect

Come and enjoy nature with 100+ acres to roam. Paths for long walks. Architect James Fox designed this cliffside home overlooking a beautiful waterfall. Feel like you are in the trees, in an area much as it was when inhabited by Cherokee Indians. Stream feeds into Lake Hartwell. In the summer months on the weekends and holidays kayaks, jet skis and small boats visit the falls. This property is in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Located in the Sumter National Forest the Bella Luna is just 5 minutes from Stumphouse Tunnel, Issaqueena Falls, Yellow Branch Falls hiking trail, and Stumphouse Mountain Bike Park and within an hour of Clemson, Lake Jocassee and Clayton, GA. Our romantic retreat features carefully curated vintage furnishings, an outdoor shower, napping net, relaxing seating areas and an outdoor fire pit stocked with firewood and a S’mores kit! Tranquil Chauga River Getaway

Tranquil Chauga River Getaway offers a clean, safe, quiet retreat on beautiful Chauga River. There is a private dock that offers fishing and access by boat to Lake Hartwell. Multiple private decks provide river views, as well as, wildlife like ducks, blue herring, birds, and the occasional beaver. Private, dead end road access means minimal traffic. Area provides activities like waterfalls, hiking, kayaking, cycling, mountain biking, fishing pier, rafting, sightseeing, etc.

Cozy Rustic Lakefront Cabin

“on the edge” is a small, cozy, rustic, lakefront cabin with easy walk to a private dock on Lake Hartwell. Great for fishing and swimming. Public boat ramp 2 miles. Living/dining area, two bedrooms. Relax on the large porch with swing and rocking chairs or enjoy fire pit area. No kitchen but includes microwave, full fridge, toaster, Keurig, coffee maker and gas grill. Perfect getaway but also near charming downtown Toccoa, Toccoa Falls, Currahee Mountain, hiking…..

Barn Loft

Flooded with natural light, the barn loft features an open kitchen and bedroom library. Enjoy a broad vista of rolling hills and mixed hardwood forest. This 640 sq ft apartment has a full kitchen and master bath. A/C and heat with plenty of parking. Conveniently located about equidistant between Clayton and Clarksville. Just 4 miles of Tallulah Falls, and about a mile from the Panther Creek Trailhead. There is no wifi or television, so bring a book.

Shady Rest

As you enter the screened in front porch you will instantly relax, experience a peaceful and quiet tree lined front yard. The house has plenty of shade and old oaks, built in 1935 has the charm of visiting great grandmother’s farm house without the wallpaper. Large side deck with grill, hot tub and plenty of shaded sitting. Side yard has a fire pit for evening campfires and roasting marshmallows. The house has an open floor plan.

Windmill Cottage

You’ll treasure your time at this cute little cottage. It is 295 sq feet and was built in 2023 at the edge of the woods on our property. It has a full kitchen, bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom and living room. It is perfect for one or two people, for either a quiet get-away in the country or for someone who is in town for work and is looking for a more extended stay. We offer discounts for weekly/monthly stays!

The Little Cottage on Pine/20 minutes to Clemson

The Cottage was created for the purpose of having a beautiful place to host our out-of-town family and friends. We chose to make it available for guests like you as well. It is tucked away in the quiet countryside of Upstate SC. Enjoy the peaceful farmland, your morning cup of coffee on the front porch, the nearby lakes and a short drive to downtown Clemson. Perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway.
