The third bedroom has a queen bed, the fourth bedroom has a bunk bed AND a day bed, with a trundle bed .underneath, sleeps 6 kids shared bathroom. 2 min drive to golf. 5 min walk or 30 sec drive to the community pools. Free. WiFi. No cable TV. So sorry, no parties of any kind. Small family gatherings but absolutely no parties.
