No ocean view but located in one of the newest buildings with great amenities such as big jetted tub inside and pool, hot tub, gym, putting green, basketball court, outdoor play area, bbq area, etc. outside. Propane grill, crab pots, board games, patio set, beach chairs/towels/blanket, bikes and kids sand toys onsite.
