Foley's Cottage - 经过修复的18世纪农舍。

Foley's Cottage is an old (18th century), restored , traditional, stone built farmhouse on a working family farm. The cottage has been restored sympathetically using original and locally sourced recycled materials. The roof timbers for example were sawn from trees grown on the farm. Also the kitchen units were handmade by a local craftsman, from recycled pitch pine. There are old beams and traditional real pine boarded floors. In addition, the cottage has all modern conveniences.

Set 1km from the beautiful town of Graiguenamanagh at the foothills of Brandon, packed with fun and adventure to suit any age group ( canoeing, hiking, beautiful walkways, cycling and so much more). The town is host to the beautiful Duiske Abbey and many more events and activities throughout the year. It is situated on the river Barrow and is in a very central location.

The rest of the garden is surrounded with fencing. Chapel Lodge is positioned in a rural location between the villages of Kilmore (3km) and the seaside/ fishing village of Kilmore Quay (2.5km). Ideally situated close to local beaches, grocery shops, bars and restaurants. Wexford Town is approximately 20km away.

Just a two minute stroll brings you to Duncannon's famed long beach and when you work up an appetite there are a choice of pubs, restaurants and cafes.

The Hook Peninsula boasts some of the best beaches in the country, all within a 5-10 minute drive. Visits to The Hook lighthouse and Tintern Abbey are not to be missed!

Lovely old farmhouse with wood burning stoves and an aga, perfectly located for touring the south east or heading to the ferry.The main Waterford / Wexford road is just 5 minutes away (20 minutes to Wexford town) and the Enniscorthy bypass can be reached in ten minutes. The house is ideally situated for a quick stop heading to or from the ferry in Rosslare, as it is approx 30 minutes away , or stay a bit longer and see all that Wexford has to offer.

The Lodge at The Silver Mine

With spectacular views of Bannow Bay, The Lodge is a place that induces a long, deep intake of breath. It’s like a look-out post to the elements – expansive skies meet earth and fields that slope to the sea. Blackhall and Bannow Island, within a five-minute drive, have long sandy beaches. The wonderful Tintern Abbey and Colcough Gardens are fifteen-minutes away, and Wexford town is twenty-five.
