Spacious two-bedroom in-law suite attached to 1700’s farmhouse, situated on our small flower farm and garden co-op just 20 minutes from Boston. Only a mile from the Mass Pike & Rt. 128 (I-95). Centrally located to all Rt. 128 businesses, colleges & hospitals. A 7-min drive to Riverside Green line “D” subway stop into Boston (parking available), or commuter rail stops (Auburndale, Wellesley & Kendal Green Stations). It's a 15-minute drive to Amtrak's "Route 128" station to NYC and points south.

Lionsgate is the perfect retreat to refresh the soul. Newly remodeled fully stocked kitchen with comfortable amenities provide a home away from feel. This is a private and peaceful beach retreat close to all the action. The one-bedroom cottage is the oldest in the neighborhood and full of retro charm. The house is within walking distance of Nantasket Beach and is set back from the road in a large, quiet yard. Don't worry about beach parking—the driveway is big enough to park two cars. Hull has plenty of restaurants and activities. Grab a post-swim ice cream in the summer, or drive to the beach and watch the waves roll in during the winter.

Join us for a step back in time at our unique bucolic property. Set on a scenic road, the post and beam farmhouse was built in 1780 and offers a haven of peace and tranquillity after a busy day of exploring New England. Guests have a private entrance and wind their way up the period staircase to the second-floor suite with two bedrooms, a sitting room, a breakfast nook, and a bathroom. Enjoy your morning coffee outside on the Adirondack chairs as you contemplate the charms of country living.

Enjoy our rocky beach or walk a few blocks north to the sandy, lifeguarded stretch. Cafés and restaurants are walkable, and groceries deliver. Quiet hrs: 10pm-7am for all.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Be a little bohemian, stay in an artist’s studio for two adults, views of woods and stone walls.walk along a 300 stone wall past a 5000 gallon koi pond, and discover a stone sculpture in the woods. Wall of windows, private deck, queen size bed, kitchenette, full bath, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, cable tv, guest robes, iron and board, kuerig, all necessary utensils. Quite, tranquil, relax. Pool has surcharge $20 if weather is good during your stay.

Located in the geographical middle of Boston you can get to anywhere in the city within 20 minutes including Harvard/MIT, Downtown, Fenway, Hynes Convention Center, Seaport and more. This pseudo apartment on the first floor is separate from the rest of the house and has its own private entrance, a private bathroom and a dedicated off street parking spot. The full kitchen with oversized counter is great for eating; comfy living room for relaxing and an office nook for working.

This quiet residential neighborhood has easy access to a transportation hub (subway/bus/trolley/taxi), is 7 miles from the airport and has restaurants and services nearby - many within easy walking distance. My Codman Hill neighborhood is a premium area and represents the best of suburbia in the city. The neighborhood hosts primarily single family homes with double and triple deckers but the huge Victorian houses dating back to the 1700 and 1800's are within this community.
