Welcome to my waterside apartment. Brand new first floor apartment located on the edge of Poole quay. The apartment is bright and airy and comes with a designated parking space for your use. You will have access to all the amenities within my apartment from the tv, sound systems and WiFi to the whole kitchen, dishwasher and washer dryer. The apartment is set up to cater for anyone ranging from couples wanting a break away, small groups visiting Dorset to business people who want to feel at home

The Old Barn, Motcombe

The Old Barn is at the far end of a long wing of a lovely family farmhouse just outside a rural village in the stunning landscape of North Dorset. Its amazing views look over Dorset, Somerset & Wiltshire. The Old Barn is a very large studio space 12m x 4.5m with a king size bed, an additional double bedroom is available by prior & separate arrangement, the ensuite bath & shower is between the two rooms. A cosy self-contained Annex with open plan living area, log burner and character wood floor and stone walls. A spiral staircase leads up to a very comfortable double bedroom with a king-size bed. The bedroom on the ground floor contains a double bed and enjoys patio doors leading onto a small private garden with patio table and chairs. The property is hidden away in a very quiet, peaceful setting and is entered from the gravel drive through the front door into the light airy kitchen.

It has an exceptionally comfortable super kingsize bed, rolltop bath, huge velvet sofa, sound system, 50" TV, fully equipped kitchen, dining area & shower room.

Our light bright garden view annexe is ideally situated for enjoying all that the Jurassic coastline has to offer. The harbour at West Bay (setting for ITV’s drama Broadchurch) is a pleasant 10 minute walk away. The bustling historic town of Bridport is only 5 minutes by car or about 25 minutes on foot. There you will find a twice weekly street market, a variety of shops and a good choice of pubs and cafes. Both Bridport Leisure Centre and the Golf Club with driving range are nearby.

We offer 1 double bedroom with a doorway leading to your breakfast area which includes a. fridge, kettle + toaster. We supply a cold continental style breakfast daily to the breakfast area leaving you then to decide when you would like to eat. The bathroom which is in the main house (approx 6 metres) is exclusively for guests and accessible along a short pathway. (See photos)

There is a private bathroom within 5 meters of the boat. The lovely town of Wareham is only a 20 minute walk with numerous pubs, restaurants and shops.
