Unique luxury cottage for two, an ancient dovecote with a fabulous swimming pool. Beautifully furnished, romantic and spacious, in gorgeous peaceful countryside, the thick stone walls make it warm and cosy in winter, cool in summer as well as quiet and private. Upstairs there is a very comfortable super kingsize bed, a rolltop bath, a huge velvet sofa and a 50" TV. Downstairs is a shower room, kitchen and large dining area. Despite its name, Weighbridge cottage is a three story townhouse on Church Street in central Lyme Regis. It's close to everything, yet peaceful and tranquil. There's private off road parking right next to the front door. I have tried to include everything you need, toys and games, and beach stuff

It is a good base for exploring the area, offering historic houses, interesting gardens, walks, the Jurassic Coast, Stonehenge, Salisbury and Bath and much more.

There you will find a twice weekly street market, a variety of shops and a good choice of pubs and cafes. Both Bridport Leisure Centre and the Golf Club with driving range are nearby.

Located on the high street you’re surrounded by lots of pubs and restaurants, a stones throw away from Poole quay and baiter park just 5 mins walk. The house itself has so much character with a mix of original and modern furniture, high ceilings and a stunning roll top bath.

We offer 1 double bedroom with a doorway leading to your breakfast area which includes a. fridge, kettle + toaster. We supply a cold continental style breakfast daily to the breakfast area leaving you then to decide when you would like to eat. The bathroom which is in the main house (approx 6 metres) is exclusively for guests and accessible along a short pathway. (See photos)
