Kingfisher cottage -outdoor bath, fire, sauna

King fisher cottage is a tranquil eco cottage set on the rivers edge of 11 acres of wild farmland and beautifully landscaped gardens that offer total privacy. The cottage has a semi-outdoor bath for bathing while star gazing, a kitchenette, living area & bedroom. There is no wifi & minimal phone reception, the perfect place to get away and unwind an enjoy nature. PLEASE NOTE: June through to September the track is too soft for a car so you need to park in the carpark and walk 40m to cottage.

Stylish Black Cottage for two- Okoroire

Inside our spacious newly renovated Black Cottage, you have a small full kitchen with farmhouse sink, large fridge/freezer, gas cooktop, microwave, air fryer, and Nespresso. In the lounge area there’s a smart screen tv- Netflix . Through the slider barn door to a large bedroom with plush king bed, laden with luxury linen and a walk in wardrobe leaving you ample space,+ comfortable reading chair. Walk though to the walk in tile shower, handbasin and toilet- there is also a Laundry in your room.

Modern Hide-away

Recently renovated guest suite with fresh, bright, modern decor, own bathroom, separate entrance, parking and lovely hosts. There is a queen bed and a sofa-bed (size of a 'double' bed). Coffee and tea making is available, as well as a small fridge/microwave (not a full kitchen). We also have high-speed WiFi with Netflix/Disney+/Prime video. We're in a nice, quiet, safe neighbourhood on a back section with parking available. Section isn't fenced so if you bring a dog just be aware of that :)

Wainui River Glamping

A cute private glamping set-up nestled in the trees alongside the Wainui River. Here, you'll have a well-equipped outdoor kitchen with power, a cosy cabin with a comfy queen-sized bed, a hot outdoor shower and bath. Explore the beautiful Wainui river on our two-person kayak or curl up with a book and do absolutely nothing at all. There are also plenty of hikes in the area. Pets (inc horses) are welcome. Dogs welcome with plenty of room to run around in the private, fully-fenced backyard. Fully stocked home with everything needed to make your stay a comfortable one. Property has one off-street carpark for guest use, with plenty more on-street parking available.

Peaceful cabin in a rural setting.

This bright, airy and peaceful cabin is a converted section of a dutch barn set in a lovely little garden surrounded by willow trees. There are great walks from the doorstep; around the estuary, which is just over the road, and beyond via the Omokoroa Cycleway. Further up the driveway you'll find the paddock with our two alpacas and a bubbling brook running through it. The cabin includes a kitchen with small oven, single induction hob and microwave. Fast wifi is included.

A Place in the Paddock

This properties entrance is on the Hauraki Cycle Trail, only 2.5 km from town. The cottage is surrounded by farm land. You will have exclusive use of this 3 bedroom country home which easily accommodates 7 people. An 11 minute drive to the sensational Wairere Falls bush walk . 17 minutes to Hobbiton Movie set . Has foam mattresses for groups up to 11 as well as a portacot. Please be aware of electric fences on driveway( but not near house surroundings )
