Our home is set on the city boundary just 8 minutes from the City Centre, 5 minutes from Palmerston North Hospital, 15 minutes to Massey University and very well positioned for walking, tramping and biking tracks around the Manawatu . Our modern home is on 2.5 acres and surrounded by open countryside with great views to the windmills and just outside the apartment, we have a lovely Highland cow named Toffee who shares the paddock with some Wiltshire sheep, an interesting self shearing breed.

Sanctuary in the City

Connected to my glass art studio is a bright, secluded visitors suite with a double bedroom, bathroom en suite, and off street parking. There is a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a section of hot drinks as well as free wifi and Chromecast. A private sanctuary at the end of a cul de sac halfway between the city and Massey giving you easy access to local amenities. My garden hosts a lovely family of Tui who tumble and chat as they enjoy their feeders and the established native trees.

Free parking on premises/street. Laundromat & dairy/convenience shop are nearby. Several restaurants/supermarkets and River-walk in 15-20 minutes’ walk.

A country escape located 4km’s up the Pahiatua Track. Approximately 8-10 minute drive to the outskirts of town, Massey University, the IPU Tertiary Institute and to our local Summerhill shopping centre with a supermarket, takeaways, laundry, café’s and restaurants. Palmerston North's CBD is about 13 km's. Your private entrance leads to a guest suite attached to our house with a lounge, separate double and single bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchenette with basic supplies for preparing meals.

Our Airbnb is a family home, close to the city center, about 7 to 10 minutes walking distance to the Plaza, Restaurants, Supermarkets, parks, and Centre Energy Trust Arena. our place is quiet and relaxing. It has a private bathroom,study room and a private parking space. The Bus stop is outside the property, convenient for those who want to visit around the town. It is suitable for single or two individuals, couples, or families with children.we allocate the price to the number of guests.

Self-contained cottage in the hills near Massey

Our cosy one bedroom cottage offers the tranquility of a rural retreat just 8 mins from Massey Uni and 15 mins from the city centre. Sleep in peace and wake to views of the Tararua foothills. The double-glazed cottage is cute, warm and spacious with a lounge, top quality Queen bed & bathroom with washing machine. Totally self-contained with hosts nearby if you need anything. Free wifi, + smart TV with freeview and DVD player. EV charger. Continental breakfast included for first two nights.

The Cottage

A private self contained cottage in a rural setting. This restored 1930's cottage is very cosy and comfortable. A heat pump is available for those chilly nights. The Cottage is located on a lifestyle block approximately 14 km from the centre of Palmerston North. The cottage looks out over a pond and paddocks with ducks and sheep. Guest access is by keypad on the main entry gate to the property.

Kawau - Loft - Private Space

Kawau Loft is a private, totally self-contained accommodation space above our standalone garage. It has been completely renovated to provide a 2-level spacious, modern living space with all amenities - a home away from home. The loft and main house is on 1.5 acres with a large lawn and gardens you are free to wander. We are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12.

Cherished Nest Apartment 3

Cherished Nest is Located in the Rosaria lodge Building. Apartment 3 has one Queen size bed a modern and warm space, the ensuite has a lovely shower as well, a small kitchen plus balcony, this is a private space and not shared. There is an outside spa, 25.00 per hour, per stay
