Coro Camping is a totally private eco camping site with your own river pool, hidden away in the beautiful and peaceful Rangihau Valley. Close to all the popular beaches with great biking and tramping on your doorstep. Our season runs from the beginning of December to the end of March. Each year we look forward to meeting new and existing clients to share our little piece of paradise. If you wish to bring the family or friends please get in touch to add extra people for your stay. Relax in our carefully curated Poolside Retreat. Motuopuhi Poolside Retreat is centrally located in the peaceful neighbourhood fondly referred to as the Avenues, and lucky to be situated on a quiet cul de sac with views of the harbour and Motuopuhi Island. Walking distance to bar and restaurant district, movies, groceries and shopping. Additionally, a trip to the Mount is a 15km drive, easy bike ride or bus. Enjoy a dip in the pool or an evening spa, before turning in for the night.

The Pool House (Separate Accommodation to House!)

Welcome to The Pool House. This bright and sunny self contained guest suite is a stand alone structure from the main house. Situated in the sunshine paradise of Central Papamoa, it is close to Papamoa Beach, Mt Maunganui, Bayfair Shopping Centre, Papamoa Plaza, Baypark Stadium and Motorway. It has its own entrance and shares two outdoor shaded areas and pool. The pool is for paying guests only. Local eateries such as Pearl Kitchen, Good Home, BlueBiYou and Fresh Choice are close by.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located apartment. Stroll 50 metres to the main street of Whangamata, 10 minute walk to the main beach, skatepark 500 metres down the road and walking distance to the supermarket. Apartment is poolside and has 2 decks to enjoy. One situated off main bedroom for the afternoon sun and one off the main area creating a nice outdoor eating/relaxing area. Apartment has one car space allocated in the basement carpark

Carlton Cottage, built 2019, is a fantastic place where you can relax and unwind. Located next to our family home, it is surrounded by gardens, offers outlook and privacy. It features a bedroom with queen bed, luxurious semi-ensuite with tiled shower, living area with kitchen, smartTV, wi-fi, washing machine and a pool to cool off in summer! Centrally located in Otumoetai, walking distance to the harbours edge and cafes, 3.5kms to Tauranga's CBD and a 12 min drive to the Mount.

The Pool House at Blackburn

Light airy warm self-contained apartment situated on a lifestyle block minutes from Tauranga's CBD. The Pool House has one separate bedroom with 4 built-in bunks good for adults or kids. The main room has a high-end Tilt-away king-size bed with a quality mattress, allowing adults to enjoy evenings and personal space. As we are remediating our land after flood damage we don't have our usual livestock however we are happy for guests to walk and enjoy the property.

Studio with a View

Our Studio room opens onto a paved terrace with views over the ocean. The studio is well equipped with kitchenette, table & chairs, armchairs, separate shower & bathroom, separate toilet. There is a barbecue for cooking and an outside covered space. We supply a simple breakfast of muesli, yoghurt and milk. If you are dairy free and require something different please let me know. The pool and spa overlook the ocean and have amazing views.

*pool access upon request* A private & modern room + en-suite seperate to the main house built in 2020 in a new subdivision. 15 minutes pathed walkway to Simpson’s beach (our favourite) , 6 minutes drive to Whitianga. On street car parking available, with private access seperate from house. Small outdoor deck with a private fence with a rural outlook. DUE TO HEALTH & SAFETY REASONS THERE IS NO POOL ACCESS. Thank you
