Gorgeous bush walks either on site or walking the headland track over to Matapouri. Whale Bay bush walk 5 min walk away. Use of the outdoor kitchen, with glamping style facilities. Pet friendly on request.

This is a small cabin suitable for short stays, the bedroom is small but it is compensated by the location, deck, bathroom & beach which are great. Sit on kayaks & stand-up paddle are available free of charge. Tidy comfortable cabin just meters from a lovely private beach & walking distance to cafes, fishing club & pizzeria. No road noise, safe swimming, kayaking or trips to the Poor Knights Islands. BASIC cooking only; BBQ, Fridge, plates, cups, glasses, etc. Great eateries near by.

On 20 acres of farmland, we have 4 cattle, pet goats and a flock of suffolk sheep.

A 15-20min walk along the Hatea Loop gets you to the Town Basin, home to newly opened Hündertwasser Museum, Wairau Māori Art Gallery, waterfront dining, and centre of town shopping. Best for 1-2 guests, but can snugly accommodate up to 4. Onsite carpark next to the self check-in studio apartment, fully detached & separate from the main house dwelling.
