Spacious house with spectacular views

5 Mins drive to township, and swimming beach. This new architecturally designed house is set in a peaceful location. Wake up to the sounds of the Tui, and Bellbirds. Large Deck surrounds three sides of the house. Boat ramps nearby, Long Bay, Coromandel boat ramp (short drive away.) Plenty of parking. Numerous walks nearby, Kauri Track, Harray track. Explore the old Gold mining town of Coromandel. Fishing, Kayaking, the famous driving creek railway. Nine hole Golf Course nearby.

Cooks Beach Studio Escape

Freshly renovated studio room, blonded timber, quality modern fit out and restful decor make this room a pleasure to reside in. Complete with kitchenette, located in the same space as bedroom (see pics) seperate bathroom across a small covered gangway and outdoor furniture on the rear of our reserve front property just a 2 min walk from the beach. Give yourself a beach holiday like no other. An elevated site, nestled in the trees. You will wake to bird song and a full unobscured view of the beach. The property features 3 rooms with beach views, a very large open living area and expansive deck perfect for a BBQ. The house is naturally sheltered from the predominant westerly wind meaning you can make the most of the outdoor space. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away and the stream provides safe swimming areas for children.

Absolute beach front with panoramic views of Cooks Beach and Shakespeare Cliffs. It is very much a private beach with safe swimming and anchorage and the apartments are situated in the best part of it. There are 3 apartments, this upstairs 3 bedroom unit has 2 decks on each side of the house for sun and amazing views. There is plenty of parking for your car and boat and also 2 barbeques for the guests to enjoy! This is a family beach home, comfortably furnished so you can relax.
