The home is on 2330m of land in a forest setting with a large flat beachfront lawn. The 4.5km white sand beach is a minute stroll across the foreshore reserve & the golf course is a 2min walk away. The rear deck enjoys forest views whilst the master & guest bedrooms, living areas & front deck all enjoy glorious unobstructed sea views.

In winter, stay cosy indoors with board games and movie nights, or bundle up for peaceful walks along the beach. During the warmer months, make the most of long evenings with a game of Finska on the spacious lawn or unwind on the sunny outdoor deck. Ideally located just minutes from local cafes, a craft brewery, and only an 8-minute stroll to the beach.

Breathtaking views, stunning location, private walk to the beach with everything you need for your best staycation ever! Taid View sits on the Wyuna Bay peninsula with water views on both sides. 4km from Coromandel town which is a healthy walk (if fit!) or a 5 minute drive. Located on a beautiful 1 acre property above Kuaotunu Village which is only 3 minutes’ walk from the beach, local pizzeria, cafe and shop.
