Historic Manor House Private Guest Suite Evanston

Stay in the Guest Suite of this exquisitely restored Historic Landmark Manor House, one block to Lake Michigan's beaches and close to town and NU. Enjoy the entire third floor, which includes 3 bedrooms, a private bath with claw-foot soaking tub and shower, private kitchen with full amenities, and the original ballroom which serves as a living and dining room. Air mattress for 1 extra guest. Available as separate rental, is a 2nd floor bedroom for 2 extra guests or a coach house which sleeps 2.

Second Floor Apartment sitting on Pine Lake

My Airbnb is close to parks, restaurant and Sand Dunes. The apartment is in the house on beautiful Pine lake. Please note that the balcony in the picture is not part of the apartment. the pictures are to show the patio of which you have full access. Pets are welcome but there is a $15 charge per pet per night. The fee should be made in advance through the send money. We live in a area that pets must be walked to do bathroom duties. They are NOT allowed on my grass or in flower beds.

The cottages, or townhouses, are situated steps away from the main inn, providing an added sense of privacy while still feeling the vibe of the community. This cottage has two bedrooms (one with a queen bed in the downstairs bedroom + another with 2 twin beds in the upstairs bedroom). Two bathrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs) keep things fresh with a queen sleeper sofa. The upstairs loft space provides extra room for rest. An in-unit washer/dryer and high speed WiFi makes things easy.

Lakeside relaxation is our main attraction; located on a dead end, the home offers a place to throw a line out and wait for a bite off the dock out the backdoor. Two kayaks included. (Paddle board & swim pad available for a small fee). Smart TV & wifi recently added.
