The villa is located in Bosljiva Loka near the Kolpa river with private beach. The surroundings are filled with numerous paths that invite exploration on foot or by bike. Peter Klepec's land leads you to stunning rapids and gorge of the Kolpa River. Jacuzzi is available for an additional fee of 20.00€, arranged directly with us. Pets are welcome for an extra charge of 5.00€ per night, payable upon arrival. We have equipped Villa Rozi to a 4* standard to provide you with the comfort of your home.

V Luxury Residence Metlika je velika spalnica, dnevna soba z wellnessom in kuhinjo ter kopalnica. Spalnica je opremljena za dve osebi in je od osrednjega dela ločena z vrati. Kuhinja je opremljena s sodobno in vso potrebno opremo za kuhanje. V osrednjem delu je jedilna miza, usnjen raztegljiv kavč, na katerem lahko spita dve osebi in TV s Playstation 5. V wellnessu imamo finsko in infrardečo savno ter jacuzzi s TV. Kopalnica je ločena z vrati. Zunaj apartmaja je terasa in brezplačno parkirišče.

Located on the hill near the edge of the forest, surrounded by meadows and climbing above the vineyard Juričko offers a beautiful view of the picturesque landscape to the visitors. A wine cellar is a social space for 45 people. On the ground floor there is a living room, a kitchen and a fireplace, a bathroom and a sauna. The attic has a bathroom and four bedrooms. Outside there is a covered terrace with a large table suitable for picnics. Guests can use private Sauna with an additional fee.

Poleg tega, vam nudimo zasebno savno za razvajanje in ob tem še kozarec penine na terasi s pogledom na gozd in na živali na pašniku.Uživajte v čudovitem vzdušju tega romantičnega bivališča v naravi.

All furniture and details are unique and a lot of the pieces have been handmade by my husband. The house is located off a quiet road in Kraljevo Selo, a small village far from the city bustle and traffic. Hiša je v dveh nadstropjih in razvaja s sodobno opremo ter lastnim wellnessom s finsko, parno in IR-savno ter masažnim bazenom. Med sezono je na voljo ogrevan Intex bazen (549 X 274). Fantovščine, dekliščine in glasne zabave niso dovoljene.
