Inside you'll find 2 bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable king-sized bed, 2 full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, wood burning fireplace, and plenty of seating. Bathroom 5" tub, custom tile shower. Granite counters, airfry gas range, Kurig k & grnd. Fire rings, gas grills. X Large Saltwater HOT TUB is SHARED, with two other units. Hiking out the back door. Bars and restaurants are walkable. Hill is steep. Dog fee, Small dogs only, top 1/2 of house only. New baby goat too!

This is a 1,570 square foot terrace level cottage, located on a private horse farm in the historic Sautee Valley of North Georgia. Enjoy the full kitchen with a handcrafted farmhouse island, reading nook, cozy living room with custom fireplace! The large master bedroom features a gorgeous antique four post, king size bed. The large bathroom is to die for! Ultra Romantic! Hot tub on curtained, private screened porch. We offer a private horsemanship experience, booked separately.

We always leave a bottle of local wine for our guests to get your vacation off to a great start! We are located just a few miles from Helen, numerous wineries, great food, hiking trails and more!

The cabin is located near Unicoi State Park/Anna Ruby Falls (5-10 minutes) and Helen (10 minutes). Lake Burton is about 40 minutes away.
