Caney Hills is the ideal waterfront retreat, nestled within 10 wooded acres on 550 feet of water frontage. This unique property is very private, offering a variety of on-site amenities with convenient access to grocery stores, coffice cream shops, public boat ramp, guided fishing, hiking, waterfalls, local restaurants, breweries, antique stores, and all located within 10 miles of your driveway.

This beautiful property is a wildlife refuge and the wildlife populating the property are for your viewing pleasure. This adorable cabin is set up for all your needs and very private. Bring you and your loved one and be in store for an awesome experience Located on the beautiful Cumberland plateau, you will find places to visit such as Fall creek falls, Burgess falls, Virgin Falls and a wonderful coal mining museum open on Saturdays ,a mile away. Because of health issues, we can not except animals , No smoking The main cabin includes two-bedrooms sleeps 6 one bath, full kitchen, living room, dining room. Handicap accessible with wide doors and large shower. This cabin is everything you need for your next vacation! It is located in a quiet rural country area where you can see the stars at night and green pastures in the day. The studio apartment next door is separate.

The cabin is 2 miles from a marina, set on a bluff, & privately tucked into trees, wildlife and an unobstructed, amazing view.

The Caney Fork River borders the 63 acre farm, which connects directly to over 60,000 acres of protected wilderness where you have free access to miles of hiking trails, magical waterfalls, historic homesteads and impressive caves. At the cabin, you can listen to the sounds of nature as you take in the scenic valley views of Big Bottom and the mountain views of Scott’s Gulf State Park.

Located in Sparta, enjoy what this 1-bedroom cabin has to offer. This cabin has one bedroom with a full-sized bed and cozy living room with a sofa bed, along with a full bathroom. The living room has a fireplace, a large Smart TV, pool table, and board games. A large deck shows the gorgeous lake on the property. Ducks live in the pond, visible from the many windows. A paddle boat is provided and fishing encouraged in the lake (supplies not included!) An exterior fire pit is along the lake.
