Welcome to our charming waterfront Oasis! Located on Blue Bill Cove, our private cottage is steps away from Island Park beach, dining, & local attractions. Stroll down Park Ave to enjoy some ice cream and burgers at Schultzy's or a lobster roll from Flo's Clam Shack (seasonal) while you take in the ocean views. Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

Our 5-bdrm Nantucket style beach house has a new kitchen & open living space, with a new deck, all overlooking the entire shoreline of Cape Cod Bay from a commanding perch atop a 100-foot bluff. Whales and seals can be seen from your deck. Located in a private community with its own rocky beach access about 5 min walk from the house where you can hunt for shells & observe the ocean wildlife. This beach is ideal for kayaking. Plymouth also boasts 4 of top 10 rated public golf courses in MA.

Here, the pace is leisurely – sip coffee on the deck, watch the sunrise, and swim in the warm waters of Nantucket Sound just outside. We make changes yearly! A new marble bath was just installed! Close by is downtown Hyannis to shop and eat, mini golf, a water park, ferries to the islands, harbor tours, biking, and more. You will be at peace and filled with serenity staying here on Cape Cod. Our cottage (Graham Cracker House) sits steps from crystal clear White Pond. The cottage offers private access to the pond for swimming, fishing and boating. The large outdoor space is great for dining and relaxing by the pond. It is 1.5 miles to the Cape Cod rail trail (bike trail), close to many dining options and 3 miles to some of the best beaches Cape Cod has to offer. There is another cottage on the property for rent that sleep 4 guests. No sharks here!
