The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

It is situated in a private community on a SMALL 3 acre lake, offering the perfect setting to enjoy morning coffee on the dock, taking refreshing afternoon swims in the lake, going for evening kayaking rides, and stargazing. You can unwind in our hammock nestled amidst the ferns next to a tranquil stream. We offer 2 kayaks and 1 SUP for your enjoyment. Best of all, 2 hrs from NYC.

The Mill House: Creekside Catskills Spring Escape

Nestled in the heart of the Catskills and just a 2.5-hour drive from NYC, escape to a winter retreat where you can reconnect with nature and enjoy the serene beauty of the season. This is a 1000 square-foot, two-bedroom log cabin with a sleeping loft. I prefer groups of 4 or less but may accommodate more for an extra fee. Enjoy the new fire pit out back on a cold night or play some Pac Man on the new standing arcade indoors. Plenty of board games are available and my kitchen is stocked with spices and cookware. Walk Mountain Lake, which sits across the street and spans exactly 2 miles around. Or just get some R&R - my beds are so comfy!

Enchanting River is a magical 2BR 1Bath A-Frame home secluded on 4 acres of serine forest nestled beside beaver brook running right below the house. This magical get away is just 2 hours from NYC & 2.5 hours from Philly. Only 20 minutes to SKI BIG BEAR, a great snowboarding/ski mountain! As dawn turns to daybreak, there’s nothing more pleasant than being drawn from slumber by the sound of gushing water echoing through each surface of the property.
