We have everything you'll need to enjoy your stay! The suite is beneath our living area. We have small children that love to play and can be heard on occasion during the day. However, not a lot of sound travels between our spaces. We guarantee quiet from 10pm-7am. No pets allowed, including service animals.

This home is located just west of Little Cottonwood Canyon and just a few minutes away from world class skiing, biking and hiking. Enjoy views of the Wasatch Mountains. The downstairs apartment is yours to enjoy! There are several stairs down to the entrance. It has a private entrance from the backyard with coded key pad. The enclosed backyard is nice if you are bringing a dog. However, we are not hosting people with cats due to allergies. Please do not smoke on our property.
