Located on the Majestic banks of the Arkansas White River. Enjoy our rustic, laid back, family friendly cabin. It comes with 1 King bed in the master suite downstairs. 1 sofa bed downstairs. Full bath with tub/shower unit downstairs. Upstairs has 1 Queen bed, 1 twin bed and 1 bunk bed and a full bath with a 36" walk-in shower. Open living space with fully furnished kitchen, Washer, Dryer, 300MB Fiber Wifi, Smart TV and DVD. No cable. Phone, local calls only. Great for the whole family. Sleeps 8.

Basement apartment with private entrance, detached from main living area. Offers 650 sf with a kitchenette, fridge, washer/dryer, and private bath w/ shower, all within a gated neighborhood. This apt, 1 of 4 apts in the same bldg, is the conversion of the attic over my shop, completely isolated from the others, & extremely private, quiet, & secure. Unlike the others, it has no apt above or below it. Entrance requires going thru 2 keyless entries with a spacious concrete parking pad immediately outside the 1st door. The apt can sleep up to 6 with a king bed, full length couch, loveseat recliner, & space to add a twin bed. It has 2 lg flat screen tv's with subscription access.
