Loft apartment in Burwood - close to Deakin Uni

Self contained loft apartment on top of the garage but separate from the main residence for complete privacy. More than a hint of rock'n'roll for those looking for somewhere to stay that has personality plus. The loft has a digital lock to allow for self check-in if needed and there is plenty of parking available. Fast wifi and Google TV for streaming. A short walk to Burwood village shops, restaurants, bars, the 75 tram either into the city or to Deakin University. Undercover parking included.

Take it easy at this tranquil getaway. Across the road from Blackburn's beautiful Furness Park, with a creek flowing through it - you will find 'Garden Dreams' - a secluded guest house at the back of the main residence - with separate entrance and gate. 15 min walk to Blackburn train station. If you love nature, you'll love the sounds of frogs at night in the pond outside of your window. But you may also come across - ducks, kookaburras and even the odd tawny frogmouth!

It has a Private Separate Entrance and bath room, Free WIFI. Renovated, comfortable . We are experienced hosting many international guests including students. Located in the eastern suburb of Vermont South, the studio has one queen bed which can accommodate at most two adults .A fridge, microwave, kettle,toaster which can let you make some simple meals. A TV, portable heater,air Conditioner, washing machine and a modern En-suite which make a more convenient living.

Close to Gardiners creek walking/cycle track that takes you all the way to the city. Chadstone shopping centre only 10min drive. Deakin university a 5min drive. Close to Monash fwy for access to the City (20mins), Mornington Peninsula (60mins) & Yarra Valley wineries (60mins).
