Private screened lanai upstairs with outdoor dining and room for family games or entertaining. Access to the pool and lanai (newly renovated), fire pit, treehouse, swing and your own gas grill for guest use. Spacious back yard on a cul-de-sac. Come stay in our beautiful, Mid-Century Modern, light drenched home just one block from the bay with a private pool. The private yard is surrounded by lush landscaping & the pool is the perfect place to cool off on hot afternoons. The house is spacious & minimally decorated with finds from our world travels. We've recently replaced the bed and the neighborhood is quiet and easy to explore on foot. Note: this is our home, so please expect a warm lived in feel in the space, not that of a hotel.

City Garden Cottage is a cozy and comfortable cottage located in the quiet Laurel Park neighborhood in Sarasota, only a few blocks from downtown. The studio is surrounded by lush gardens and trees with a Hot Tub. Inside, you will find a kitchenette equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, and hot plate. The studio also has a flat-screen TV, a queen bed & private bathroom. There is also shared use a gas grill, fire pit and Hot Tub included with the rental.
