This cute little bach is just minutes walk (600m) to the beach, 1km to The Lost Spring, 2kms to Town centre. There is also the option to take the Whitianga Ferry to explore Flaxmill Bay, Shakespeare Cliff, Cooks Beach & more. Day trips to Cathedral Cove & Hot Water beach also depart from the wharf. It is an easy drive to beautiful beaches including New Chums. Fenced area for parking a boat, except if ground is soft or if damage to grass would occur. Covered area with bbq & outdoor furniture.

Down a quiet cul-de-sac backing onto the town centre (access via the back-gate) cafes, restaurants and shops are just metres away. The beautiful white-sand swimming beach is 300 metres and the main boat ramp/ferry terminal is only 700 metres - a gateway to your Coromandel adventures! Each bedroom has a queen size bed (with electric blankets) sunny open plan living and a huge front lawn - perfect for families & boat parking.

Small rustic style Bach with expansive two level deck that makes the most of outdoor living, with furniture, umbrellas and a BBQ. One bedroom has queen sized bed with amazing sea views and second bedroom has a set of single bunks. Ideally suits 3 people but can accommodate 4. The kitchen is small but functional with a standard sized fridge/freezer, camp oven, air fryer & microwave.

The 2 bedrooms and downstairs area of the house is for your use only, you will have sole use to enter the front and rear sliding doors. There is secured off-street, backyard parking for cars and boats.

This 2 bedroom house was completed in 2017 and can accommodate up to 6 adults - there are 2 Queen beds and a fold out couch. It has a large deck with outdoor furniture and sea views. Located on a beautiful 1 acre property above Kuaotunu Village which is only 3 minutes’ walk from the beach, local pizzeria, cafe and shop.

The boat ramp is 1 kilometre away.
