Enjoy the lovely views from our one bedroom apartments, each with a queen bed and ensuite. The outdoor furniture on the private balcony is a great place to watch the boats come and go in the harbour. These apartments have spacious living areas with flat screen televisions and SKY TV. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven and hobs. Each apartment also has full laundry facilities including a washing machine and dryer. Please note some furniture may vary between apmts.

Has a queen AND a twin bedroom,(porta-cot available), both opening onto the covered deck with a river view outdoor furniture and bbq, a well appointed bathroom with separate toilet, and a laundry/ kitchenette. Free wifi and use of kayaks, and bikes.

Located on a beautiful 1 acre property above Kuaotunu Village which is only 3 minutes’ walk from the beach, local pizzeria, cafe and shop.
