June's Loft

June's Loft is a 900+ sq ft, spacious, clean, bright apartment with a king bed, a full sofa sleeper, and a full-size couch. There is a small desk, 55"TV, kitchen & bath amenities, washer & dryer. Guests have a private outdoor patio (shared use of a fire pit and gas grill). Our home and attached Loft apartment are located in a quiet neighborhood near downtown Pullman. Guests may walk, bus, or drive to the WSU campus. The hosts are usually available to make your stay pleasant and comfortable.

Enjoy our warm, cozy and fully equipped lower unit apartment conveniently located just off Stadium Way! WSU and downtown Pullman are all within a walk or short drive, and a 5 minute walk will get you to Rosauers grocery store, Starbucks, and other local restaurants. After a fun filled day visiting with family & friends, touring the campuses, working, or exploring the Palouse, unwind on the patio or next to the fireplace, while enjoying all the space and privacy the apartment has to offer!

This is a comfortable & fully equipped lower unit of a duplex to enjoy your time in Pullman. You will appreciate the home for all it offers as you enjoy "the mega deck" during an autumn evening or the gas fireplace in the cozy living room on a winter night! It's perfect for WSU football games & Family Weekends, graduations, etc. If you need more space for your gathering, check out the upper unit as well - The View House 1. Laundry is shared with the main house. Enjoy your peaceful oasis just a few blocks from the Grand Avenue Greenway, with easy access to downtown, restaurants, and the WSU campus just over a mile away! No cleaning fee, minimal checkout instructions.

Arbor Street Inn

Newly remodeled daylight basement apartment in vintage Sunnyside Hill home. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and bars. Located on major bus route to WSU. Decor features fine art from proprietor's collection. The kitchen is fully stocked with full size appliances and rollaway dishwasher. Main bedroom has queen bed with a comfy fouton in office/sitting room. Breakfast items provided and meals can be arranged with Chef Joan or prepared by guests.

Great place for coming to visit friends and family in the Palouse! Located on pioneer hill, this space is a 5-minute drive away from campus and an even quicker drive down the hill to downtown Pullman. Just a block's walk away from a bus stop to grab a ride to the game, and close to a few of Pullman's best parks!

This sweet little cottage is nestled amongst trees in the back yard of the main house and is definitely full of character. We were told the outbuilding started out as a chicken coop and, over time, it morphed into a people coop. If you’re looking for perfection you will not find it here. What you will find is a comfy little place with a feeling of being in the woods.
