The Coach House

The Coach house has recently been lovingly restored and is full of charm and light. It has a calm, tranquil feel with every comfort a visitor could wish for. It is the perfect place for an Irish getaway nestled on the shores of Blessington lake and surrounded by the majestic Wicklow Mountains. Within 10 mins there are the villages of Ballymore Eustace and Hollywood both with wonderful Gastro-pubs and Blessington for all shopping. Russborough House is also close by and is truly worth visiting.

An Capall (meaning Horse in Irish language) is a beautifully converted Horse Lorry currently out to grass overlooking a meandering river, nestled near Glendalough in the Wicklow Mountains. Our Wooden Bedford Horse Lorry has been lovingly converted to house a King Size bed upper deck plus a single bunk. Guests have private access to our river beach, firepit & BBQ. In addition you can book a private Finnish Sauna & River Plunge experience in our converted horse box (at an extra charge).

Taking a stroll around the lakes, exploring the Wicklow way or mountain biking are just a few of the many things you can do to enjoy your stay.

A stone’s throw from Tinakilly Country House, it’s perfect for guests going to weddings or events nearby. Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place at the home of 90 alpacas. K2 Cottages Farmhouse and Farmyard are nestled in a hollow on the farm. The cottages replaced seven 7x original outbuildings and take their names from the building they replaced. We’ve used the granite, stones and slates from the original buildings in the new cottages. These cottages are very comfortable and are an ideal location to set up base to explore all that Wicklow has to offer

Delicious food can be found all with in 15 mins, The Hollywood Inn, The Ballymore Inn and The Poulaphouca House and Falls. Hollywood has a gorgeous cafe and flower shop offering beautiful gifts.

We are located in Ballycoogue, Woodenbridge, over looking the stunning Woodenbridge Golf Club.We are an hours drive from Dublin in off peak times, 10 minutes from Avoca, Aughrim and Annacurragh villages and a stones throw away from Clone House, Clonwilliam, Woodenbridge hotel and not too far from the Brooklodge and Ballybeg Country House. We are 25 minutes from Glendalough.
