Breezeway Guest House - 田纳西州富兰克林

Secluded, serene and private, the Guest House is a 2-story cottage that is attached to the main house through a breezeway. Downstairs are complete living quarters and a full bath, and upstairs is a spacious loft bedroom with two queen beds. The Guest House has a separate driveway, entrance and HVAC. Meant to look like an addition to the original farmhouse on the property, both were custom built in 2002 and have been featured in The Tennessean newspaper for their unique architecture and design.

'THERE IS NO KITCHEN'. WIFI is high speed Fiber. Dogs Daisy and Dolly are my Golden Retrievers, drive slow as Dolly is lame. The view from your private deck is the best, bring your favorite drink and enjoy a piece of paradise in the country. No PETS PLEASE. Extra guest fee is $25.00 per person.

It is 320 square feet, with high ceilings, faux wood floors, kitchen and separate bath with soaking tub and marble tiled shower. ( NOTE-Smaller compact shower/tub to fit small space .) White walls, light and airy , soft gray tones and a few luxe items. There are lots of windows, quartz counter top and trendy back splash. Soft lush rug and chandeliers!

Our very cool one bedroom apartment (950 sf) is above our 3 car garage. Our home is a 5 acre farm with chickens, sheep and gardens. If you come in the summer you can pick your own blueberries. There is a beautiful patio with a fireplace where is a pleasure to just seat and drink your coffee or a glass of wine. We really have the best of both worlds; peacefulness of country with the convenience of town!
