Outback Cozy Home is located off a back road, but just minutes from Route 30. It is back in a shared, gravel driveway. It sits beside two other parcels. One where the owners (your hosts) live, but you will still be able to have your own privacy. You will have easy access to Walmart and a few restaurants and coffee shops. It is approximately 15 miles from Sight and Sound in Strasburg, and also the town of Intercourse. And about a 30-minute drive from West Chester, Pa. The kitchen has all new appliances, including fridge, oven, microwave, and is fully stocked with kitchen essentials. It also has a spacious living room which comfortably seats 4. You have a back deck which would be a great place to drink your coffee, relax, and watch some wildlife. We want our guests to immediately feel welcome the moment they walk thru the front door. It is perfect for a quick visit or extended stay!

The cottage has 2 BDRMS w queen beds and a daybed to sleep 1 guest. The newly renovated bath offers a shower/tub combo. Dutchway Grocery store & Restaurant is just around the corner. Other features include: Wifi , TV’s , a small refrigerator/freezer , microwave, coffee maker and a Private 1 acre lot w/ parking ( 2 cars max). There is no kitchen .
