The historic Dorothy Clark House, built around 1907, is in the National Historic District of Kennett Square, PA. We are downtown in the heart of the walkable Kennett Square Borough! This twin home has been lovingly restored to reflect its early 20th century roots, while providing a cozy place to relax while visiting our quaint town. Our home is a block away from Canby Park, and is in the family-friendly neighborhood of Bayard Square. The house has all the conveniences you could need, and if you need something, just ask!

The Farmer’s House

Historic FARM STAY. Est. In 1757 and hidden from view, it is certain to provide a private getaway! If you have the heart of a "homesteader" or simply want to have a peaceful holiday, this farmette will allow you to travel back in time for a relaxing experience you will not forget! A winding brook and pond are located within short walking distance from the home. Well furnished, this home will impress you with all her comfort and character!

The Lighthouse

Centrally located in northern Delaware with easy on/off access to 95 and 495. Newer construction, built in 2018. One large bedroom with KING size bed, 1.5 bath, private entrance, living room and full eat in kitchen. Work station area. Twin size pull out in living room. Free WiFi and large smart TVs in living room and bedroom. Deck off of the kitchen and upstairs deck off of the bedroom. Laundry located in bedroom upstairs. NO CLEANING FEE

Longwood Gardens Carriage House

Two miles from Longwood Gardens and six from Winterthur and Brandywine River museums, the apartment is ideally located for exploring Brandywine Valley sites and historic Kennett Square. Situated in a garden with views of a wildflower meadow and horses, it offers a spacious bedroom and bath, cozy kitchen/living combo and washer/dryer. It is modern, super clean, comfortable, and private--an idyllic country escape.

Spacious Historic King Suite

Our most budget-friendly option. This is our oldest unit, kept specifically for guests seeking a low-cost stay. If you are looking for crisp and fresh, this is not the place for you. It is a simple, functional apartment on the 1st floor in a historic building—not a luxury renovation. We require government-issued photo ID, sign agreement and a $500 security deposit may be charged at the host's discretion.

Nearby attractions include White Clay Creek State Park, DelCastle Golf Course, driving range & mini golf, Carousel Park & Equestrian Center, Wilmington Riverfront, University of Delaware and fabulous indoor and outdoor dining spots.

Green Sanctuary-Pvt Apt for Quiet Rest

Green Sanctuary is the second floor apartment B in a two unit apartment building. It is a bright cheerful one bedroom unit with a large covered balcony located on the grounds of the famous Egyptian house. The apartment is comfortable for 2 people but will accommodate 4 with the living room couch converting to a bed. The property is conveniently located with plenty of off street parking.

Charming cottage on 50 acre Chester County farm

Frog Hollow Cottage is a newly renovated getaway located in the heart of the Chester County’s rolling farmland and equestrian community. Overlooking beautiful pastures, the cottage was formerly the large painting studio of Delaware Valley artist Peter Sculthorpe. The studio has been re-imagined as a peaceful retreat for families, friends and couples.
