Just steps from the door you’ll access the newly expanded ADK Rail-trail to bike, hike or snowmobile. The Winter Carnival Ice Palace and village fireworks can be viewed from the enclosed porch.

The open floor plan includes a FB in the newly renovated downstairs bedroom, an office, and a sofa bed in the living area. Bathroom is small, but fully functional.
