Deer Barn -Luxury Barn Conversion, Private Garden!

Wake up to birdsong and peaceful countryside views at Deer Barn, a luxury stable conversion on our family farm beside the Kennet & Avon Canal. Spend slow mornings in your private south-facing garden, wander the canal towpath, explore independent cafes and shops, then return for an evening stargazing beside the BBQ fire pit. Sink into the sofa with a good book and switch off from everyday life (Starlink internet if you want to stay connected!). Dog friendly. Independent and working with wildlife!

Heavenly Box Hill Barn

Located on a large farm, relax at this beautifully converted barn whilst enjoying the magnificent sweeping views across the countryside. This is a truly special place to get away from it all. Perfect for friends getaways and families, this spacious barn has two generous seating areas that lead out onto an outdoor seating area. Enjoy a barbecue for dinner followed by some stargazing around the fire pit. In winter, underfloor heating and log burner will keep you cosy. The views are all year round!

The Summer House

The Summer House is a recently converted guest house, self contained with fully equipped kitchen , beautifully fitted bathroom ,double bed on the galleried mezzanine level ,accessed by ladder stairs with vaulted ceiling creating a loft style. It is fully heated ,has wi-fi , streamed TV, and ceiling speakers for streaming music. The space is modern,bright ,yet cosy. Outdoors it sits at the top of 14 acres of grounds over looking the main house. There is a private entrance and parking on site.

Attractions such as Lacock village and Castle Coombe and Malmesbury are a short drive away as well as the bustling cities of Bath (around 25 mins ) and Bristol ( around 40 Minutes ) easy to reach

Beautifully furnished, very well equipped, romantic & spacious. Thick stone walls make it warm & cosy in winter, cool in summer as well as very quiet. It has an exceptionally comfortable super kingsize bed, rolltop bath, huge velvet sofa, sound system, 50" TV, fully equipped kitchen, dining area & shower room.

Private, luxurious and cosy shepherd hut

"Hares Rest" shepherd hut is situated in a private location within a paddock with amazing rural views. Hares, red kites, barn swallows and deer are just some of the wild life you can see. Good pubs within various walking distance (3, 30 and 45 mins). Bowood House, adventure park, golf course and spa is 5 mins drive away. The train station is a 10 minute drive with easy access to Bath. We have horses so only very well behaved dogs are allowed by prior agreement and additional charge.

The Snug at The Mill House is a newly refurbished luxury hideaway set on a privately owned country estate on the river Wylye. A very quiet and tranquil location ideally based for site seeing, 5.5 miles to Stonehenge Visitor Centre, 8.5 miles to Cathedral City of Salisbury, 13 miles to Longleat Safari Park, 30 miles to Bath. A peaceful cottage, light, airy and in the country with plenty of secure parking. Discover Bath, the Cotswolds, Avebury stone circle, Lacock, Longleat, Stonehenge, Salisbury, Stourhead, Wells and Cheddar. There is charging for Electric cars about 1 mile away at Flourish Farm Shop Farleigh Road Norton St Philip (Just off the A36). My husband is a qualified instructor and offers clay pigeon shooting. 2 night minimum requirement at weekends between 1st May and 2nd January each year.
