Farm View Cottage

Beautiful scenery, seven minute drive to Margaret River town and both Gracetown and Prevelly beaches, all amenities you need, farm stay experience. Surrounded by farm land, our rural cottage will provide you with the beauty and serenity of nature. Kangaroos & farm animals will be grazing close to your house and you can walk to our business Scoops Farm for an ice cream and free entry to our animal farm during your stay. Wineries and breweries are close by, phone reception and Netflix provided.

Roo’s Leap Retreat

Spacious, modern home on a tranquil hectare of landscaped gardens and native bush on the edge of Margaret River. Perfect for couples looking for a romantic escape or for families wanting all the luxuries of home whilst exploring the beautiful region. Large living area with a wood burning fire, reading nook and fully equipped kitchen. Bedrooms have glass doors out to gardens. Enjoy a barbeque and glass of Margaret River wine in the al fresco and watch the roo’s leap and listen to the bird life.

Jersey Queen Guesthouse (free 2pm late checkout)

Jersey Queen is a 2 bedroom duplex guest house with a relaxed country vibe. Best suited to families and couples staying together. This special place will make you feel right at home. Only a 5-minute walk to Cowaramup main street for food, coffee and drinks. *NB, Additional charge of $40/night for 5th guest (fold-away bed and linen to suit a child) *NB, We live in the adjoining property with a young child and dog. You may hear us from time to time. We do our best to keep noise to a minimum.

Freshwater House

Freshwater house is a brand new house, architecturally designed with holiday rentals in mind. Set in 8 acres of rolling pasture it looks over a valley and the waterfall on Margaret River. The house is perfect for entertaining , with tables inside and outside that can accommodate at least 10 people. Decking to the front, stone terrace at the rear, or a big wood fire in the living room, there are many spaces to relax. 5 mins to the beach, town and vinyards, everything is at your doorstep.

Banksia Luxury Villa

This passive solar Villa is situated at Kilcarnup Beach which is moments from the town centre and Surfers Point. The two large bedrooms have King sized beds which look out onto their own private tropical gardens. There is also Weber BBQ facilities. Keep warm or cool with a split heating/cooling system. The Bunkhouse is a beautifully renovated and modern 2 Bedroom cottage situated on peaceful 10 acres surrounded by grazing farmland. Only 10 km's to the centre of Busselton and a short 25-30 min drive to Margaret River. The Bunkhouse is fully self contained and is approx 30 metres away from the main farm house so is very private. Enjoy a glass of wine while roasting marshmellows around the campfire and take in the amazing starry night sky which is unaffected by light pollution.

Right in the heart of Margaret River, this very special house and garden sanctuary includes outdoor relaxation spaces including an undercover living area with outdoor heating for the winter months. The house boasts an eclectic collection of art from my work in remote Aboriginal communities and from local artists. From the house, you can enjoy an easy walk to the river, forest and the main street galleries, shops and cafes. Winery tour operators can pick you up from the house.
