The glass window bridge, queens bath and the golden key beach are some Gregory Town"s landmarks and 25 minutes walk or less than 10 minutes drive to all three spots. Our place is good for all, couples, honeymooners, friends, retirees, solo traveler and business travelers.

Welcome to Tipsy Palm Villa, a modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom 1200 sq. ft. bungalow on Ten Bay residential road, near the Caribbean-facing side of Eleuthera. It is a 2 minute walk to Ten Bay Beach, across a road and down a beach path. Tipsy Palm is a 30 min. drive from GHB or RSD airports. From ELH airport, it is a 1 hour 20 min. drive. Newly installed generator. Please note the house is uses cistern (rain) water. We kindly ask that guests please conserve water.
