The villa, fully renovated inside and outside, sits on a unique private beach leading to the beautiful shallow Bay. Ten Bay is located in central Eleuthera on the Caribbean side of the island, close to Palmetto Point. It is excellent for swimming, kayaking, and snorkeling. The water is calm and shallow with a clean sandy bottom. The beach is protected from rough waves and is well known for its clear water, which is excellent for children with a clean sandy bottom and shallow for a long way out.

Welcome to our newly-built Sky Domek located on the top of a hill in Oleander Garden near Gregory Town. The minute you drive up you will be amazed by the 180-degree water-views and rolling lands surrounding our house. You can enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the sea on the back deck and in the evening you can enjoy the breezy shade, a drink and an amazing view of the sunset from the front deck. After an exhausting day at the beach, you can relax in a hammock nestled among the trees.

It is a 2 minute walk to Ten Bay Beach, across a road and down a beach path. Tipsy Palm is a 30 min. drive from GHB or RSD airports. From ELH airport, it is a 1 hour 20 min. drive. Newly installed generator. Please note the house is uses cistern (rain) water. We kindly ask that guests please conserve water.
