We supply bedding, towels & toiletries and have everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Entertainment passes can be bought at reception.

The house was built in 1691 and what is now Townfoot Byre would have originally housed animals. However, it has now been converted it into a charming and cosy bedroom suite with its own small kitchenette and bathroom. Spa, sauna, swimming pool and gym access at a local club is included, free with your stay. A 7Kw EV charger is available, if you're travelling in an electric vehicle.

All guests have unlimited free access to the owner's Health Club and spa located close by in Toutbeck Bridge, just a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk away.
