The Grafton Chateau

Welcome to the Grafton Chateau, a gorgeous secluded and private country retreat for all of your family and friends. With six bedrooms and a den, four baths, two fireplaces, a sauna and a large private pond beautifully situated on 67 acres of woodlands, the Grafton Chateau is the perfect comfortable home base for ski trips, hiking, antiquing, or just enjoying the scenery while you sit around the fire pit. The garage has outdoor recreation gear, like snowshoes and sleds. The den has a variety of toys, and games for kids and adults. The whole house, sauna house, barn and all 67 acres are all yours! We are always available by phone, text, or email if you have any questions. Grafton is just about the most charming Vermont town you can find and is convenient to four ski mountains and every other outdoor activity you can imagine.

We are near Townshend, Jamaica and Lowell Lake State Parks, Magic Mountain, Mount Snow and Stratton Mountain Resorts. This is Vermont--of course we welcome people of all backgrounds.

Whether you're hitting the slopes, exploring hiking trails, or simply unwinding, you'll find everything you need for a memorable stay. Soak under the stars in our 7-person hot tub or cozy up inside for a night of relaxation. Discover the charm of Vermont and visit local breweries, farm-to-table restaurants, farms, and quaint towns.

Vermont Botanical Studio Apartment

This room is one half of a floor in our studio building (35 sq m). It is the only occupied space in the building, which is separated from the main house by a yard. There is a queen-sized bed, full bath (no-curb shower), and an outdoor shower (not available in the winter) Small kitchen with a sink, fridge, 2-burner induction hob, microwave/convection oven, toaster, coffee pot, and cookware. Arched ceiling, with ceiling fan, large windows, deck, and Maggie's botanical art lining the walls.

Clark Farm-2 Master-Suites, Great kitchen, views!

The historic Clark Farm boasts beautiful mountain views as well as of our apple orchard and early 19th Century barn. The farmhouse sleeps 8 comfortably with 2 king-size master suites that are tucked away each on their own floor. The queen room and the kids room (twins) share 1.5 baths in the "new" side of the house. The spacious light-filled farmhouse has an open floor plan with a gas fireplace in both the living room and tv/game room. Outdoors enjoy the 8 adirondack chairs and a fire pit .

Cozy Home for 2-5 People in Vermont

Comfortable house for 2 to 4 people (two queen-sized beds) and a pull-out couch for a 5th person and a self-inflatable bed. Located in a quiet neighborhood. There are two main bedrooms with queen beds in each. There is also a pull-out couch in the room with the fireplace though it is not as comfortable as the self-inflatable bed (and deflatable) in the house. Fast Wi-Fi from Xfinity. Easy to get into Brattleboro Center and an excellent location for exploring Southern Vermont.

The Architect's Cabin, on 10 Secluded Acres

Nestled on a rise in a woodland clearing is this intriguing cubist design reminiscent of Post and Beam ambiance. Stone and wood materials from the property have been assimilated into intriguing modern design features throughout. Walls of windows share the tranquil and private outdoor setting with the indoor livings areas. We only accept Instant Bookings, which require a verified account and positive host reviews. There is no Air Conditioning.

Spacious 3,000 sq. ft. home with 4 bedrooms (3 queens, 2 twins) and 4 bathrooms, 3 en-suite. Enjoy a formal living room with grand and upright pianos, a cozy TV room, and a fully equipped kitchen with eat-in area leading to a deck with stunning river and mountain views. Formal dining seats 12. Expansive grounds are perfect for relaxing or hosting special events. Just a 10-min walk to Brattleboro’s Main Street shops, cafes, and culture.

Stunning mid-century house on 2.5 private acres

Stay at our relaxing, mid-century retreat! The house was built in the 60s but has modern amenities. A 4-wheel-drive vehicle is recommended. Our house is conveniently located 7 miles from Stratton and 12 miles from the outlets/restaurants in Manchester. Floor to ceiling windows provide a stunning view of the property. Please note, the house has a non-working fireplace.
