It's a place to reconnect and recharge, to listen to the river and hear the wind through the trees and indulge in slow lunches and long walks and truly marvel at the Catskills. There's hiking in the summer, skiing in the winter, mountain fresh air and dark, starry nights. This is a house, and you can treat it as such. But if you let go, and give in to the energy of a space created with love, this will feel like home.

Alpine Ridge is set on 3 acres of land, high up on a private road. From the house, you'll see the Bearpen Mountain Range across the valley. We designed and curated our home to be a perfect escape. Though remote, we are close to town for all the essentials: 5 mins to Prattsville, 15 mins from Windham and 25 mins from Hunter. Welcome to Cabin in the Sky! At 1,671 ft elevation, Cabin in the Sky is a newly renovated log cabin nestled in the mountainside with tranquil views. The home offers the perfect combination of seclusion and convenience. During the day, take advantage of the local hiking, skiing, farmer's markets, restaurants and shopping.
