The kitchen boasts all new appliances, quartz countertops and all of the cooking supplies needed. The house is located in between two public beaches and offers its own access into the lake. Welcoming pets and nestled beside Seacliff Park and Beach, and abundant restaurants, this listing has everything you need. A fully equipped kitchen and large living area make this an ideal place for your visit. Front and back yard for your use with large private paved area (fires and loud noises not allowed - please respect our neighbors). Two cars maximum. Tv's in all rooms.

Waterfront home with amazing views & great fishing

Beautiful and private backyard looking out at picturesque water views. Has a private dock to pull your boat up to. There is a marina, as well as a public boat launch less than 5 minutes away and Lake Erie is only a 10-minute boat ride from the house. You can also access the Huron River using kayaks within 5 minutes from our dock. The backyard has a patio and a built-in fire pit with a hot tub to enjoy both summer and winter nights with gorgeous sunsets over the water as your backdrop.

Shoreline Serenity, Private Suite

Due to Covid-19 I have extended the minimum stay to 3 nights and time between check-out and check-in to 24 hours to ensure proper disinfection. I have added an air purifier that recycles the air every 3 hours. Cozy, clean and comfortable open concept suite located on the beautiful shores of Lake Erie just one mile from downtown Kingsville where you will find excellent restaurants and eclectic shopping. The suite has its own entrance so that you have complete privacy during your stay.
